I have lived in Hastings all my life and attended school here before moving onto higher education in the town centre. Having this local connection helps me understand the issues residents face today.

My work with the Deaf community and as a carer highlights to me the daily challenges people are presented with, reinforcing to me the impact a council can have on people’s lives.

I have chosen to stand as your candidate because I have seen first-hand the failings of our Labour-led council and the impact this has on the ward.

With your vote, I will work with Hastings Borough Council, Optivo, the police and other agencies to ensure that we get the improvements we need to make our community a great place to live.
